    <problem_statement>GPRS is a recent standard for data communications with GSM mobile phones, which uses the same infrastructure as traditional voice calls, but which has different queueing and delay properties. The Study Group was asked to construct a model for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data and to determine what level of equipment is necessary to provide a required grade of service.</problem_statement>
